Our Policies
We are dedicated to providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for your furry friends. Our experienced team ensures that each dog receives personalized care and attention, whether they're here for a day of play, a grooming session, or an overnight stay. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for you and your pet.

Policies
Cancellation Policy / No Shows
Parents must notify us by email or phone before we close the day prior to their dog's scheduled visit to cancel. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the day. There are no exceptions.
Drop-off Policy
Daycare drop-offs are accepted anytime between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM. While early drop-offs are encouraged to support a consistent routine and allow for more playtime, we remain flexible to accommodate your schedule.
Late Pick-up Policy
If you think you will have a problem arriving to pick up your dog before 6:30pm, please call to inform us of the delay as soon as possible. If the dog is here later than 6:30pm, a $15 charge will be applied for each 15 minutes past 6:30pm. Past 7:00pm, the dog will be boarded overnight and parents will be charged our boarding rate.
Snow Day Policy
We plan to remain open on snow days unless weather conditions make travel unsafe. Because winter storms can be unpredictable, we ask our clients to communicate with us as best as they can if they need to adjust or cancel their appointments. We will do the same on our end and notify you promptly of any changes.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as weather conditions can shift quickly. Safety is always our priority.
Payment Policy
Daycare packages can be purchased via phone, in person, or through the Gingr portal. We accept cash, card, or check. Checks are only accepted for package purchases, not for a single day purchase. Package purchases are non-refundable.
Vaccine Policy
Dogs are required to be up to date on rabies, distemper (DAPP/DHPP), Leptosporosis, and kennel cough (Bordetella) vaccines. Vaccination records must come from most current vet, and show expiration dates. Breeder / rescue documentation will not be accepted. Records need to show new or rescued dogs have been seen by their own veterinarian before coming to CC. Yearly fecal exams also required.
Trial Days
All new daycare dogs must complete a trial day. The staff will work one-on-one with new dogs to perform a behavior evaluation to help ensure they are a good fit for daycare. Days and packages cannot be purchased until trial day is complete.
Damages Policy
Although we keep a close eye on the dogs, some are harder to redirect than others. If we notice your dog has caused damages to our kennels, runs, turf, etc. you will be charged a damage fee of $100.
